| Chances are that if you're freelancing
from home, running your own web design business, you'll be
looking to make as much money as possible with the least amount
of effort. I mean, let's face it, building websites for clients
can be hard work, particularly if you're building dozens of
smaller sites that only bring in a few hundred dollars at
a time. The hours can stack up and the income can leave you
wondering if it's even worth it.
Dont get me wrong, freelancing is great. You're doing something
that you love, and it's making you money, however if you're
looking for a better way, a way that can really generate some
serious income, then you should really enjoy what I'm about
to share with you.
Just imagine, being able to build ONE website and then sell
it to dozens of customers, over and over and over again, for
the same price. A website that you can literally have setup
in a day, with no programming or development involvement at
all. And all the while you continue to earn over $10,000 OR
MORE, per month, every month. How awesome would that be?
Well it is possible, and here's how I do it.
Last year I was approached by a local business owner in my
area and she requested the development of a website for her
business. I met with her and performed the usual needs analysis
and gathered all of the necessary information in order to
prepare my proposal and quote. Once I'd returned to the office,
I began going over the details of the job and estimated that
this particular project would cost my client around $15,000.
I sent my client an email and organised a second meeting on
the following Monday, as it was the end of the week. She agreed
and I put that task aside for the weekend, not giving it any
further thought.
Over the weekend I began thinking about how many other business
owners were out there that could potentially be looking for
a similiar solution to that of my new prospect. I carried
out a little bit of market research, and came to the conclusion
that the likelihood of other business owners involved in the
same industry would more than likely require a similiar solution.
Now this is where I decided to think a little differently.
On the following Monday during our agreed meeting, I decided
to put forward a business proposal to this woman and said
the following....
"This particular project, covering all of your needs,
could potentially set you back $15,000. However I can build
your website, with all of your requirements in template format,
and Ill deliver it to you, for just $1,500 ready to use, if
you give me permission to onsell it as a package to other
business owners within the same marketplace."
Her response was very positive. She said, "Absolutely!,
this will save me a fortune!" So immediately it looked
promising. Once she had signed off on my contracts, I got
started and developed her website in turnkey format. I knew
it had to be built in a generic sense, as well as being completely
automated in the form of a self manged content management
system.
I also knew that once all the hard work had been done, it
would be all downhill from here, selling it to other business
owners in the same industry. That then meant that instead
of doing ONE website for $15,000, I could literally do tens
of dozens, if not more, all for $1,500 each!
Once development of her website was completed, she paid me
$1,500 as agreed, and I then began sending (quite literally)
hundreds of emails daily to other business owners who I thought
may be interested. I found these businesses by simply performing
searches within local business directories, the yellow pages
and Google search. It really was a no brainer finding them.
At first the response wasnt that great, and I figured that
perhaps I'd failed at performing a sufficient level of market
research and that perhaps I'd have to write it off as a loss.
However, over time, more and more of the business owners that
I emailed came back to me with expressions of interest and
asked to view the demo. The majority of them were impressed
at the offer, and went on to place an order!
This then meant that I had orders of $1,500 coming in DAILY
for a website that I had already built! All I had to do was
sort out domain name registration, hosting, upload and test!
It was too easy! A total website configuration would take
me no more than a day or two depending upon the circumstances
of the client.
In just one week I performed 4 installs, which equates to
$6,000. And what's best is that every single one of these
customers requested modifications to the template which then
meant I could then implement my hourly rate of $80.
By weeks end my earnings were in excess of $8,000!
And what was best is that I could simply replicate replicate
replicate!
So basically what started out at what *could* have been a
regular paying $15,000 web job, now had the potential to make
me a LOT of money.
So before you think about how you can make good money developing
a client's website, think about doing it a little differently
and how you can make an ABSOLUTE FORTUNE.
Dont forget, I never enter into any binding agreement with
a client unless I have proper contracts in place. If you would
like to implement this strategy and get started, you can buy

Easy as pie!
Best of luck to you.
